Essential Skills, Qualities & Competencies:
- B.E. / B. Tech Graduate with 4-6 Years of experience in electronics or relevant products (preferably on semiconductor, wireless modules) and interest in IOT applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Openminded person and good team player.
- Sales knack and mindset to drive revenue targets by driving new account penetration & mining existing accounts.
- Monitor competitive activity and suggest teams for improvements.
- Should be willing to travel for customer meetings and engagements.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced competitive environment.
- You will plan and align together your sales activities to achieve your sales targets and enjoy the freedom to build your own customer base.
Additional Skills, Qualities & Competencies:
- MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred but not essential.
- Embedded HW/SW development experience and understanding.
- Connectivity business, Cellular, RF & GNSS module experience is preferred.
- Understanding about the evolving wireless technologies and categories of Connectivity.

- Communication Modules based on Bluetooth & WiFi Technologies.
- GSM Communication Modules based on Cellular Technology on 2G / 4G Cat1 etc.
- Neckband, TWS, Smartwatch, Sound box, IP CAMERA, Smart meter, Smart Light, Home Automation etc.
