"Both really good tunes. Like the old school Aphrodite vibes of the flip too."

Russ Holborough / Cuban Brothers (Sankeys Soap / Various - UK)
"Excellent, Break Em is a track that I will play more often but I must say that 'Rock The Beat' is a very powerful track. Yes!"

Chris Welch (Phonetics / Adelante / Sure Thing / Various - UK)
"Definitely a good release - all the tracks are strong. My particular favourite is 'Rock the Beat', a nasty nasty dancefloor piece of tackle. Will definitely be playing this track and maybe 'Break EM'. The fusion going on in music at the moment is very inspiring and releases like this only add to the strength of such a movement."

Ann D (Reaching Out - Sheffield Live.Org / Headcharge / Various - UK)
"Brilliant B Side & def the one getting the reaction."

George Mac / Basstrap (Manga / Biorythm / Various - Scotland)
"Has been growing on me this... Rock The Beat has that oldschool D&B charm that appeals. Good vocal edits and energy for sure... rough and rugged Mo Magic style!"

"Like A the most, both strong on the floor."

Oliver Pattenden / DJ Patten (Foundation / Newcastle Student Radio)

One Deck Pete (Dust / Steroid Abuse / Various - UK)
"Nice hybrid of Eastern and Drum and Bass Breaky stuff. A bit bonkers for our floors but good stuff."

Disastronaut (Sonik Mook / Slack Sabbath / Various - UK)
"If this was around in the mid-90's it would be an absolute blue note anthem and one of the bigger tracks... now it seems good and interest is moderate, the response has been good on both sides of this record."

DJ Stix (Various - UK)
"It's as if both songs are made from 2 different artists, 'Break Em' with the flute works wonders, very funky."

Roo (Substance / Gravy / Various - Brighton)
"Like Break Em, using for warm ups."

Stu Patterson (Faith / Bario / Sundaysonic / Various - UK)
"Break em's real good."

Osymyso (Oneclick / The Milk Run - BBC Radio One / Various - UK)
"Crikey, this is an odd one, certainly sounds quite different from the majority of fodder around. There is so much going on in this that it's easy to find a part to like, however there are elements in there that would never normally be something I would give a second listen to but... .How confusing. I guess what I am trying to say is that "Break em" is far greater that the sum of it's parts and that I really like it, sounds great. 'Rock The Beat' will be something I'll be dropping when I sense the crowd need a balls out party tune, I'm loving it. I don't think there will be any awards for originality as such but who gives a toss, it's a solid tune that will be getting arses moving."

Ben Wijay (Just Music / Squeeze - Pulse Radio)
"Break Em is good warm up stuff, will play."

Rowan Chernin (Dirty Filthy Racket @ 333 / Various - London)
"Must admit, did enjoy the fast break on the B side, reminded me of Metalheadz on Sunday Nights. Only playing the downtempo flute track though, works well for bar gigs."

Paul Thornton (Itch / Departure Lounge / Slam The Breaks On / Unity FM)
"Break Em is a decent mid tempo breakbeater that fuses a twisted bassline and tough drums with a gentle flute to create an interesting track for the bars and backrooms, not cheesy or ground breaking but it works well in the mix and I like the funky vibe."

Found Sounds (DJ Mag / Wall II Wall / Medicine Bar / Various - UK)
"Nice Build - good warm up track."

The Outlaws (Various - UK)
"Very nice flute vibe and warm bassline action, perfect for bar sets and warm ups. Great hooky vocal sample too. Not sure about the frantic Dnb on the other side but the A is good enough on it's own."

Jack to Phono (Various - London)
"Like the Break Em track and will use it in my forthcoming sets."

Karen Pearson (Gilles Peterson Producer)
"Liked this EP and passed it straight onto Gilles."

Jim Backhouse (Resonance FM / Various - London)
"Had some nice beats, but was again a bit too tasteful."

Rob Luis (Tru Thoughts / Various - Brighton)
"Will try and support on radio. Like flute."

David Davis (Various - Europe)

"Like Break Em, though not totally my cuppa."

Tim Hancock / Capoeira Twins (Various - UK)
"Cool tunes, good ideas though maybe not quite as good as they could be."

Big G / Graeme Martin (Radiomagnetic / The Reading Rooms)
"It works on the floor, I like it but I do have dozens of tunes that sound like it. Will probably play on the show."

Colin Millar (Bongo Club / Nektar / Various - UK)
"Break Em is a real grower and perfect as a build up tune. Like this a lot. "Rock The Beat" is pretty unoriginal but rocks hard so gets away with it."

Aldo Vanucci (Quay / Timepiece / Various - UK)
"OK tracks, more filler than killer though."

Cian O Ciobhain (Rnag Radio / 110th Street / Various - Ireland)
"A side is a decent track which I've played on my radio show but not feeling the B side at all"
